It is time to take a bite out of the "Big Apple".

What are the five burros that make up New York City? What was New York City's previous name? Who first settled in NYC? What part of the City has the most beautiful architecture? What kind of impact did Ground Zero have on you?

Many of these questions and more will be answered as young people and community members make the educational journey to the Big Apple in March.

For advisor Sandra Wieser-Matthews this will be her 11th year taking students and community members on the diverse, educational, and fun tour of New York City.

The registration deadline for the trip is September 30. Community members are still able to engage is this educational and historic trip. New York offers fine arts and diversity, but few taking the trip realize what a rich history the City offers.

The cost of the trip is $1800 and this covers all transportation, lodging in the Theater District, all food, shows, tours, and entrance fees. Travel dates are March 15-19. Professional tour guides provide educational information about exciting and historic New York City.

Young people and community members will come home knowing the five Burros's of New York City, where to find the best architecture, and will have a better understanding for the need for diversity and the connection Ground Zero has to all of us.
