Connie June Dewar, age 52, of Perham, MN, was called home to be with God on Thursday, April 6, 2006. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Perham, with Reverend Terry Gryzbowski officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Dent, MN. Visitation was Monday, April 10, at Schoeneberger Funeral Home from 5:00 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to services.
Connie was born August 15, 1953, in Perham, MN, the daughter of Adolph and Delores (Houge) Wagenman. Connie was a 1971 graduate of Perham High School. In 1982 she gave life to her daughter, Tressa, and on August 24, 1986 she married Jerry Dewar in Las Vegas, NV. Connie spent over sixteen years as a pull tab operator. She loved being with family and friends and spending time cross-stitching, sewing, doing crossword puzzles, reading, and photography.
Connie is survived by her husband, Jerry, Perham, MN; daughter, Tressa Dewar, Perham, MN; mother, Delores Wagenman, Perham, MN; four brothers, Kelly (Debby) Wagenman, Dent, MN; Rodney (June) Wagenman, Dent, MN; Gary (Vicki) Wagenman, Perham, MN; and Terry (Kathy) Wagenman, Ottertail, MN; brother-in-law, Jeff (Cindy) Dewar, Perham, MN; sister-in-law, Judy Dewar, Minneapolis, MN; mother-in-law, Ruby (Mac) Tobkin, Perham, MN; four nephews, thirteen nieces and her dog, Baby.
Connie is preceded in death by her father, Adolph.
