Caleb Joshua Mycke, 21, of Perham, will have a felony burglary charge stricken from his record if he remains law abiding for five years.
Under a stay of adjudication, while the probation is going on, this is a pending case, the same as being charged and awaiting trial. Once probation is over the case against Mycke will be dismissed.
The judge made this ruling in Otter Tail County court on Oct. 12. Up to 240 hours of community work service was part of the court ruling.
Restitution was left open for 30 days for claims to be filed. The defendant then had 30 days in which to object in writing if he disagreed with the amount claimed.
