Having fun and participation will constantly be stressed above all else. Workouts are intended to introduce running for longer periods of time (which very seldom get over 10-15 minutes in length at one time) stressing some of the basic fundamentals and techniques while learning to enjoy running. Each practice will have a theme and running game for the day.
