Devon Chris Jean Aberle, 19, of Dent, was sentenced for theft in Otter Tail County District Court on March 21.
One day in jail was served and a one-year sentence was stayed for two years. Aberle will be on unsupervised probation for two years, and will pay a fine of $250.
Aberle had previously borrowed a vehicle and did not return it. Voice mail and text messages left at the time were not returned, and a warrant was later issued.
