A male was shot in the leg on Monday on the 15000 block of East Munson Drive in Detroit Lakes.
The Becker County Sheriff's Office responded to the call just after 10 p.m., April 24, finding a 60-year-old man by the name of Terry Tyge suffering with a gunshot wound to the leg.
St. Mary's EMS transported Tyge to Essentia-St. Mary's in Detroit Lakes, and he was later transferred to Sanford Hospital in Fargo with non-life threatening injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
The Minnesota State Patrol and Detroit Lakes Police Department assisted the sheriff's office with the call.
