DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - A Detroit Lakes woman was sentenced for felony theft after stealing five television sets from the Detroit Lakes Walmart.

Corinne Ann DeVall, 26, was sentenced in the Becker County District Court to 12 months and one day in prison, stayed for five years. She will serve 71 days and pay a $1,000 fine and $790 in restitution.

According to the complaint, DeVall was one of two women who were caught on surveillance video entering Walmart on the evening of June 6, 2013.

The video showed them selecting five 24-inch TVs, which they then placed in cart and pushed out the door, loading them into a van and driving away.
