Elementary Olympiad

Athletes from grades 1-6 gathered in Smith Park on Friday for the annual track and field meet. This NY Mills Elementary Olympiad pitted boys and girls from all walks of like and varying athletic ability against each other in a test of endurance, skill, agility and guts. But really it was for fun. And fun the young athletes had, participating in events like the 3-legged sack race, long jump, broad jump, softball throw and various running events.
