Are you afraid that you might fall? Have you fallen in the past year? Do you frequently need to use your arms to rise from a chair?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Wednesday, February 6, presentation at the Perham Area Community Center may help you reduce your future risk of falling.

Topics covered at the 10 a.m. event include:

Who is at risk? What things put you at risk for falling? What medications increase your risk? What can you do today to start reducing your fall risk?

This one-hour presentation will be provided by Dave Dahl, director of physical therapy at Perham Memorial Hospital and Home, and Louis Tower, RN, from Perham Home Care.
