Federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 26-year-old Fargo man who is wanted in U.S. District Court on a felony charge of participating in a marijuana-selling conspiracy.
Court records for the warrant are unavailable because cases in federal court are not made public until after charges are filed.
Phong Nguyen Le has a lengthy criminal history of charges in Cass County and Fargo Municipal Court.
In 2008, Le was found guilty of possessing marijuana with the intent to deliver, a B felony. Later that year, he was also found guilty of ingesting a controlled substance, a misdemeanor offense.

Since 2007, Le has pleaded guilty to several traffic violations, including reckless driving and a separate incident of exhibition driving.
