Ricky Lynn Anderson, 48, of 607 Second Ave., Frazee has been charged in Becker County District Court with two felony counts of domestic assault.
According to court records, on March 4 police officers were called to a Frazee residence on the report of a man pounding on a door after a dispute with his wife. Anderson allegedly was very intoxicated and had struck the victim in the face, then grabbed her very tightly by the neck. He then punched a mirror and broke other items in their household.
Another woman allegedly witnessed him grab the victim by the throat and punch the mirror and a child allegedly witnessed him slap the victim in the face and choke her.
On March 6 District Judge Gretchen Thilmony issued an order of detention.
