Devin Cole Reed, 26, was charged Friday in Cass County District Court with 11 counts of possession of prohibited materials, a Class C felony. Investigators from Fargo police and the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation interviewed Reed on Thursday, and Reed allegedly admitted possessing, distributing and receiving child pornography images. The images allegedly featured children from infancy up to age 13. Authorities said he also told investigators he had received child porn images after asking children for them in online conversations. Reed was arrested and his bail was set at $15,000.
