Jeffrey Robert Kampsula, 45, of Henning, was charged in Otter Tail County Court on Dec. 6 with felony charges related to theft and receiving stolen property.
Kampsula is linked to the theft of several items in Otter Tail County, including wheel rims, scrap metal, tools and power generators.
Some of the items were taken from Comstock Construction in Fergus Falls and from businesses in the Parkers Prairie area. He also was linked to the theft of a vehicle trailer near Clitherall.
Kampsula's next court appearance will be Monday, Dec. 17.
