The Regional High School Art Exhibit reception will be held this Saturday, 10 am - noon, at the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center. This show will be on display until May 19.
Nearly 100 different student artists feature pottery, sculptures, acrylic, water color, pencil, ink and pastel paintings, mixed media pieces, textiles, and photography. Participating schools include: Staples-Motley, Wadena-Deer Creek, Perham,Sebeka, Frazee, New York Mills, Morris and Parkers Prairie.
Patriotic Art Exhibit
Also on display in the Upstairs Gallery through May 19 is a student art show, "Patriotic Art", sponsored by the New York Mills VFW Auxiliary. The reception for this exhibit will also be held this Saturday, 10 a.m.-noon, along with the Regional High School Art Exhibit.
