Amanda Snyder was just one of many Yellowjacket batters who feasted on Menahga pitching last Friday. Snyder was 4-for-6 and drove in six runs, including an insurance run in the top of the 10th inning as Perham outslugged Menahga, 15-13.
The Braves led 2-0 when Snyder drove in her first run in the top of the third. She drove in two more in the fifth to tie the game, 4-4.
Menahga regained the lead in their half of the fifth with three runs, only to see Perham come back again in the sixth.

Mallory Malikowski, Tara Sailer, Sara Formanek and Janet Malcolm ran off consecutive singles to start the sixth. Malcolm's hit drove in two runs to make the score 7-6. After Kim Brill singled, Snyder came through again with a two-run single, giving Perham an 8-7 lead.
The see-saw battle continued in the bottom of the sixth as Menahga scored two more, to retake the lead, 9-8.
In the top of the seventh, The Jackets rallied again. Malikowski and Sailer reached with one-out singles. Malcolm drove in the tying run and Alyssa Stafki followed with a two-out single to plate Sailer with the go-ahead run.
But Menahga had another answer, scoring when a lead-off walk scored the game-tying run in the bottom of the seventh to send the game into extra innings.
After a scoreless eighth, Perham put together a three-run ninth. Stafki sent two win the a double and Brandi Cresap drove in one more to give the Jackets a 13-10 lead.
Once again, Menahga responded, scoring three of their own in the bottom of the ninth, but left the winning run stranded on third.
Perham was determined to keep the pressure on. Formanek led off the 10th with a double and scored on a Kim Brill single. Snyder then drove in Stafki with their 15th run.
This time, the Jacket's held on as Malikowski put the Braves down 1-2-3 to cap off the win.
