The maintenance shop of Perham's Lakeside Golf Club reported a break-in and theft last week.

According to Ryan Inglis, golf course superintendent, the theft likely occurred the night of Monday, Oct. 18.

"First thing we saw was that the door was propped open," Inglis said. "We noticed that things looked a little peculiar. We started looking around and realized things were missing."

The Perham Police Department was notified on Wednesday of the theft.

Inglis said that some of the stolen items included a utility cart, valued between $15,000-$18,000, chainsaws, battery chargers and an air compressor. All items were insured.
