Angel of Hope vigil scheduled for December, deadline to submit children's photos is Dec. 1

PERHAM — The 19th Annual Christmas Box Angel of Hope Candlelight Vigil will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. It will be held at the Angel of Hope Memorial Park located at the corner of Third Ave. and Sixth Ave. NE in Perham. All are welcome to attend.

Candles will be provided, and attendees are welcome to bring their own battery-operated candles. Attendees are invited to bring a white flower to place at the angel statue during the vigil. They can also bring a Christmas ornament to hang on the trees that will light up for the vigil and the Christmas season. Refreshments and fellowship follow the vigil, across the street, at Crosspoint Alliance Church.

David Howey has put together a slideshow of attendees' children's pictures that will play at the church fellowship hall. If you would like to submit a picture, email Howey at  dhowey@leightonbroadcasting.com , by the Dec. 1 deadline.
