PERHAM — The annual Arbor Day observation in the city of Perham has been set for May 6.
Residential property owners within city limits may sign up for free boulevard trees by calling the city office at 218-346-4455 or by emailing kbreid@cityofperham.com. Sign-ups will be taken now until April 28.
All Perham residential property owners are eligible to sign up for trees at no cost.
Planting will be done by volunteers on May 6. Once the trees are in place, property owners will be responsible for watering the trees.
