PERHAM — Community members will tell the story of Lent through music in the area Lenten Cantata this weekend. This performance — "A Journey to Hope" by Joseph Martin — sung by the Community Lenten Choir, directed by Sarah Carlstrom and accompanied by Janell Brakel , will host two performances on Palm Sunday, April 2.
The first performance will take place at the New York Mills Trinity Lutheran Church at 3 p.m., located at 424 Gilman Ave. The second show will be at Perham's St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 7 p.m., located at 500 Sixth Ave. SW.
Refreshments will be served at both performances.
