Otter Tail County now at high risk level of COVID-19

Otter Tail County recently moved into the "high transmission" category.

PERHAM — According to the Centers for Disease Control, Otter Tail County has moved into the high level of COVID-19 transmission . Because of the recent rise in reported cases, Otter Tail County Public Health is reminding people about the importance of up-to-date vaccinations as the front-line strategy to protect from severe disease. In addition, early testing, following isolation and quarantine guidance and wearing masks indoors are steps that provide added protection. Other added protections may be appropriate for populations at higher risk.

Otter Tail County Public Health offers weekly COVID-19 vaccine and testing events . Local healthcare providers and pharmacies offer testing, vaccination, and treatment information. Call county Public Health at 218-998-8320 with any questions or concerns.
