Who’s the boss workshop in Perham to focus on improving leadership skills

This session will be hosted by the University of Minnesota Extension on Friday, April 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Perham Pizza Ranch.

ST. CLOUD — What does the future of your farm look like? Where will your dairy business be in the next five to 10 years given rapid technological advances, milk pricing and consumer demand? Have you developed a strategy for your farm's success? If you want to learn more, join the University of Minnesota Extension on Friday, April 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Perham Pizza Ranch.

Dive into identifying how personalities, leadership and communication styles affect family members and employees working together. The event will also discuss goal setting and business planning that will assist you in developing a strategy for advancing your farm's business into the future. This session includes short lectures, farm group/family activities and group discussions.

There is no cost to attend this session. The session is brought to you by University of Minnesota Extension and Minnesota Dairy Initiative.
