A motorcyclist and his rider were injured after hitting a dog that ran into the road northeast of Bagley, Minn. on Sunday.
The driver, Patrick Dale Obryan, age 58, of Bagley, and passenger Sharon Kay Dyrdahl-Obryan, age 62, of Bagley, both sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the accident, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Both were taken to Mahnomen Health Center for treatment.
The two were traveling westbound on Highway 200, near milepost 66, on a 2003 Harley-Davidson Roadster when the dog ran out into the roadway and was struck.
The patrol did not report on the dog’s condition.
