Doug & Julie Witt of New York Mills are happy to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son, Eric, to Sarah Mulligan of Annandale. Sarah is the daughter of Mike Mulligan of Luverne, MN and Jan Mulligan of Brooklyn Park, MN. Eric is employed at Lakedale Telephone Co. of Annandale and Sarah is employed at the law offices of Young, Brown & Page, LLP of Annandale. A July 8, 2006 wedding is being planned in Annandale, MN.
