An informational presentation for business owners and managers will be hosted at the Perham Lakeside Golf Course clubhouse Oct. 10, with breakfast served at 8:30 and a program at 9 a.m.
The seminar will be presented by nationally-known marketing consultant Thomas Ludwig, of T.O.M.A. research. "Top Of Mind Advertising" is the focus of the program on promotion, advertising and marketing.
Results from a market study of the East Otter Tail area will be revealed. The phone survey of area residents was conducted by American Consulting Services, a company founded in 1985.
The "Top Of Mind Advertising" survey was done through interviews in the area, determining those businesses that have the strongest unaided recall and name recognition.
"As dozens of studies have shown, there is a direct correlation between T.O.M.A and market share," said Ludwig.
