Perham Real Estate Results has announced the addition of Robin (Richter) Ecker to the company.
Ecker joins Real Estate Results as a real estate agent.
Owner Cal Dockter said "I am looking forward to working with Robin. Her enthusiasm for real estate will be a nice addition to this company."
Results is the newest real estate firm in Perham. Dockter opened in May, after buying the former Chamber of Commerce offices and completely remodeling the building.
Ecker is a native of th Perham area. She graduated from University of Minnesota Moorhead with a BA in Business Economics, and has had 15 years of business and sales experience. Robin attained her real estate license in 2000.

Robin lives in the area with her husband Jason and son Joey.
The Real Estate Results office is located at 135 East Main Street in Perham.
Regarding his new real estate business, Dockter said "it's been a great move and the community has been very positive on the feedback and location. Main Street Perham is a great place to be and we've seen an amazing amount of traffic this summer."
Cal and Robin are excited about real estate in the Perham area.
"Regardless of what the media will have you believe, we've noticed things picking up. There has never been a better time to buy with low interest rates and a large inventory," said Dockter, who has lived in the Perham area since 1981. Dockter was in agriculture for most of those years, including a turkey marketing business, but started in real estate in 2000, and has been a broker since 2006.
