Activities calendar
New York Mills Public Schools is making it easier for parents to keep better track of school activities. Blaine Novak, NYM High School Activities Director, is working with a new online program which merges all school activities into one calendar. During Monday's school board meeting Novak gave a short presentation to the board on how the program works. Novak is using the program on a 60-day trial basis and told the board so far he is very pleased with the results.
The activities program is linked directly to the school home page where parents, students and anyone else interested can find a calendar listing events and activities for sports community education and early childhood classes.
