Three final candidates for the New York Mills Elementary Principal position were given a second interview at a school board meeting Monday night. The three were chosen from six interviewed last week.
Superintendent Todd Cameron asked the candidates a series of questions about their career development, discipline philosophies, and experience with curriculum, assessment and instruction.
Each candidate was given an opportunity to ask his or her own questions and also answered questions from the school board.
Cameron said the schools' next step will be to offer a contract, secure a signature and get board approval at the May 21 school board meeting.
