Sheriff deputies, on Sept. 8, reported break-ins at a cabin and shed south of East Battle Lake and northwest of Vining. Several items were taken, worth an estimated $1,000.
Authorities said the break-ins likely took place between Aug. 23 and Aug. 28.
Welder cables, other items stolen
A shed break-in on the north side of Clitherall Lake, near Highway 210, was reported to sheriff deputies on Sept. 5.
Taken were welder cables and other items. The investigation was continuing as of Sept. 8.
