Thirty-year-old Todd Allen Handt, of Perham, was sentenced in Otter Tail County District Court last Monday after a conviction of terroristic threats during a domestic dispute.
Handt was placed on supervised probation for five years, monitored by the Minnesota Department of Corrections, and will also pay a fine of $1,085.
