Karla Kay Anderson, 47, of Perham, appeared in Otter Tail County District Court on Monday, charged with second degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
Court records state that, on Aug. 8 in Dent, Anderson allegedly held a knife against the throat of another woman, inflicting minor injuries. Authorities were called to the scene at 1:51 a.m. Officers interviewed both the victim and a witness to the alleged crime.
Anderson’s next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 26.
