2007 Season: The Jacket boys won their 6th straight Heart O' Lakes Championship last season.
2007 Sections: Perham won their 2nd straight Section 8A?title, and advanced to their 6th straight State Meet. There, they won their 2nd straight Class A?State Championship.
2008 Seniors: Alex Barney (co-captain), Joe Ulrich (co-captain), Joe Berns, Jordan Kratzke, Ethan McMahon, Lucas Webben.

Get to Know'em: Sam Stoll (jr., co-captain), Isaac Werner (jr.), Jordan Berns (jr.), Keith Schornack (so.), Andrew Riestenberg (so.), Brandon Karels (so.), Klaus Weber (so.), David Altstadt (so.).
Strengths: Perham has to replace the best graduating class in team history. ?Still, Coach Morris insists the boys return a formidable team. Barney is the only returning senior from the State team. He was All-Conference and went to State in track last spring on the 4x800 team (6th place). Sam Stoll was 45th at State last fall, was?All-Conference and All-Section. Keith Schornack was All-Conference and was 5th at Section Track in the 2-mile. Several newcomers are reaching new personal bests after a tough summer of training.
Season Outlook: Perham can still challenge for their 7th straight HOL?title. Warroad will provide their biggest threat. Warroad and Staples-Motley will be solid teams to look for at the section level.
Coaches Quote: "The guys lose four of their top seven from the State Championship team, but they add a lot of new talent. We bring back 10 guys who ran under 19 minutes last fall. And we still have a few guys with good experience, like Alex Barney, Joe Ulrich, Sam Stoll and Keith Schornack to lead the way."
