FARGO - Police are asking drivers to use caution because snowfall has created slippery driving conditions that already resulted in 10 accidents in 45 minutes, Lt. Joel Vettel said shortly after noon.
"It's extremely slippery out there right now," he said.
Drivers should slow down, leave more room between vehicles and give themselves more time to reach their destinations, he said.
