The petition of Phyllis Reimer, dated February 27, 2006, having been filed in this court representing that the above name decedent has been dead for more than three years leaving certain property therein described, and requesting the probate of the last will of said decedent, if any, and the descent of said property be determined and assigned by the court to the persons entitles thereto.
It is hereby ordered, that said petition be hearing on the 18th of April 2006, at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable presiding, at the Otter tail County Courthouse, Fergus Falls, MN.
It is further ordered, that the petition be give notice of said hearing in the a manner prescribed by MSA 524.1-401 to all persons entitled to notice pursuant to MSA 524.3-403 and to all persons who have filed a demand for notice pursuant to MSA 524.3-204.

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on April 18, 2006, at 9:00 oclock a.m., a hearing will be held at the Otter Tail County Courthouse, Fergus Falls, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of the above-named decedent, dated July 2, 2003, and for the appointment of Gary Flatau and Harvey Flatau whose addresses are Gary Flatau, 47364 385th Avenue, Frazee, MN 56544 and Harvey Flatau, 38135 460th Street, Frazee, MN 56544, as co-personal representatives of the estate of the above-named decedent in supervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court prior to or at the hearing. If proper and no objections are filed, the co-personal representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the estate, including the power to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is also given that, subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801, ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Clerk of the Court within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.

AND YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of said action is to determine the title and adverse claims to the real property described above and to have Plaintiffs adjudged the owners thereof in fee simple. The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made herein against any of them.
