Over the years Ive owned several vehicles that have had factory recalls. A recall notice is sent out to owners of certain makes and models of automobiles when the manufacturer realizes they have a consistent problem occurring in that vehicle. The problem is usually traced to a defective part or improper installation. To have the car repaired, anyone with a recall notice simply schedules an appointment with an authorized dealer or mechanic and they make the correction at no charge to the owner of the vehicle.

The manufacturer is willing to make the repair as long as the owner brings the vehicle in for repair. On one car I owned I started getting recall notices almost immediately after purchasing it. Since the car seemed to be running fine, I kept putting off the repair.

That is similar to another recall notice that we all have received. It isnt about our cars condition.

Its about our spiritual condition. We all have a defect in that area. Its called a sin nature. The good news is our manufacturer (God) has sent out a notice to all humans that he is willing to make the necessary correction at no cost to us. The problem has been resolved through the sacrificial death of Gods son, Jesus Christ. Our part is simple. We only have to respond to the offer. Many people do what I did with my recall notice for my car. They delay getting the defect repaired until, pardon the expression, all Hell breaks loose. This recall offer is best responded to the minute you receive it. If you dont remember getting an official notice, consider yourself so informed! Youll be amazed at the high performance you can achieve when this defect is corrected by the grace of God.
