Richville Woman Wins $100,000 Lottery Prize

LaVonne Stewart of Richville won a $100,000 prize by playing the Lottery's Sparkling

Sapphires scratch game.

Stewart claimed the prize on Sept 25 at the lottery's headquarters in Roseville,

SuperAmerica, located at 520 Highway 212 in Granite Falls sold the winning ticket.

Sparkling Sapphires is a $5 scratch game that offers players a chance to win a sparkling

$100,000 top prize. Two of five $100,000 prizes have not been claimed. The overall odds of

winning a prize are 1 in 3.47.

To play, simply scratch the play area. If you match three like symbols in the same game,

you win the prize shown.
