Two accidents involving young people were reported in Becker County on Saturday.
At 6:15 p.m. three young men were injured when their vehicle left the roadway and rolled on West Lake Sallie Drive.
Nicholas Paulson, 22, of rural Detroit Lakes, Aaron Kalberer, 20, of rural Detroit Lakes and Cole Cossette, 20, of rural Audubon were taken by St. Mary's EMS to Essential St. Mary's Hospital, where the were treated in the emergency room.
Their vehicle left the roadway, rolled several times and struck a tree. Excess speed was a contributing factor in the crash, according to Becker County Sheriff Tim Gordon.
Detroit Lakes police officers and Detroit Lakes fire and rescue workers assisted deputies at the scene.

It's not known if seat belts were used. All three men were out of the vehicle when rescue workers arrived.
Earlier on Saturday, at 9:30 a.m., a 16-year-old rural Detroit Lakes boy was involved in an accident when his dog jumped down on the floor of the truck he was driving.
Cameron Fritz, 16, of rural Detroit Lakes was driving his S10 pickup truck on 290th Avenue, southeast of Detroit Lakes.
His pet dog, a pit bull, jumped down on the floorboards and he reached down to grab it, causing him to lose control of the truck, which left the roadway and hit a power pole.
He did not appear to suffer any major injuries in the crash and did not receive medical treatment, Gordon said.
