A Sebeka man was sentenced in Wadena County District Court to less than half a year in jail for directing sex acts in his home between his wife and an adolescent boy.
Jeremy Mark Ruhl had been charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct and two counts of soliciting a child to engage in sexual conduct. All of the criminal sexual conduct charges were dismissed, and Ruhl pleaded guilty to the two soliciting charges.
Ruhl allegedly forced the boy to perform sexual acts with his wife while he watched. The incidents took place between September and December 2010.
Ruhl was given credit for 41 days already served in jail. He was also ordered to pay fines of $3,165, perform community service, and serve three years of supervised probation.
