Sheriff deputies, on Nov. 13, reported the theft of four rifles from a residence on Henry Hill Lane at Franklin Lake, northeast of Pelican Rapids.
Fingerprints and other evidence were still being gathered as of Monday morning, Nov. 16. The owner of the home believes the theft likely took place sometime during the 30 previous days.
A full description of all firearms stored at the residence will also be given to sheriff deputies.
