The Otter Tail River watershed spans from Mahnomen County to the Red River at Breckinridge. Watershed districts, counties and Soil and Water Conservation Districts are working together to create a plan that focuses on water quality in the watershed. The plan will focus on the watershed upstream of Orwell Dam because the lower Otter Tail River was included with another planning effort.
The partnership of counties, SWCDs and watershed districts is seeking for community feedback on the watershed, so they developed a survey. It can be found using the QR code below.
