Swimmers win two in Crookston

The Perham/NYM Swim team pulled up a pair of victories Tuesday in Crookston, winning both ends of a double dual.

The Jackets beat Crookston, 71-54, and they also won against Roseau, 80-39.

Leah Richter (200 I.M., 100 free), Abby Kratzke (100 fly) and Kelsey Kratzke (100 breaststroke) all had individual first place finishes.

The J.V. team also won both duals. They beat Crookston, 106-5, and Roseau, 76-45.

The Yellowjackets have a busy week ahead of them. They start with a dual meet at Moorhead tonight (Oct. 11). They follow that up with the Section 8A True Team meet at UND in Grand Forks on Oct. 13.

They close out the regular season next week with meets at Fosston on Oct. 16 and at Thief River Falls on Oct. 18.
