The Rocking Horse Cafe is hosting Tables for Treats October 31, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in Richville and invites everyone in the community to come out and enjoy games, goodies and prizes with friends and neighbors.

Cafe owner Sandy Fithen said this is the second year she’s hosted the event as Tables for Treats, the first year it was called Trunks for Treats. The idea is families each have a table that’s decorated and hand out candy.

“I’d like to keep it going every year,” Fithen said. “Having it inside means families don’t have to worry about weather, everyone can just come on out and enjoy the activities we have planned.”
