Two men were arrested in Henning after passersby witnessed a theft in progress last Thursday.
According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, the men were seen taking steel bed rails from an Arvig truck.
The stolen items were later recovered, and the men found.
No further information was available at press time.
