Dale Wilde, owner of Title Services of Perham, has added Alanna Burns to his staff.
Burns will serve as assistant vice president and manager of Title Services of Perham, located at 160 3rd Avenue SW.
She will join the existing staff of Rachel Hofman and Anjanette Riewer.
Burns has lived in Perham since 2001. A promotion in her husband's employment brought them to the Lakes Area. Her husband is now a remodeling contractor. Together, they have a family of six children and are the Youth Directors at the Northwoods Assembly Church.
Alanna has an extensive background in mortgage lending, having worked for Wells Fargo Bank in Perham and Mid-Central Federal S&L in Wadena. She brings valuable experience to the company necessary for performing real estate settlement services.
