The first incident occurred at 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Coney Street and Third Avenue.

According to Perham police, the suspected driver drove a green Nissan Altima with the beginning license plate numbers of 433.

The Nissan allegedly backed into another car, driven by Jessica Beier, at a stoplight after trying to avoid a semi-truck making a wide turn. According to police, Beier waved her arms in an attempt to get the Nissan driver to stop after the cars collided, but to no avail.

A second incident occurred at 5:14 p.m. at the intersection of First Avenue and Third Street.
