A Wadena man was charged July 28 with fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct and furnishing alcohol to minors.
Curtis Lee Grangruth, 49, faces the two gross-misdemeanors after a pair of incidents July 26 in Wadena. According to court documents, Grangruth grabbed the breasts and buttocks of a woman "to the point it was painful."
Police were seeking Grangruth and allegedly found him holding a 40-ounce beer and standing with a group of minors between the ages of 14 and 16. The minors were questioned and reported that Grangruth had offered them alcohol, which two of them took.
Grangruth's next court appearance was set for Aug. 31.
