Kari Ness and Willie Neely are pleased to announce the arrival of Latehya Diamond Ness, born April 27, 2006 at Perham Memorial Hospital, weighing 8lbs. 1oz. and 21 long. Latehya joins older sibling Lakia.
Grandparents are Bill and Belinda Ness of New York Mills and Carol Wait of New York Mills.
