Barbara Jane Martin, 48, of Deer Creek, will serve six months in Otter Tail County Jail following a drug conviction on Aug. 2.
Court records state that on June 27, Martin unlawfully sold one or more mixtures containing methamphetamine. The sheriff’s office and West Central Narcotics Task Force coordinated with the investigation.
Charges included a felony related to drug charges in the second degree.
Credit for time served is 25 days. A longer sentence in a state prison was stayed. Martin will be on probation after the county jail time is completed.
