Patricia “Pat” Udelhofen

Age 82, of Mahtomedi, MN, formally of Perham and North St. Paul, MN, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2023. Preceded in death by her husband, Ray; father, Odd Farbo; mother, Fidessa Farbo; brother, Bill Farbo; sisters, Dessie (Bill) Parks, Kay (Lowell) Anderson, Gaye (Richard) Phillips, and Dinah Burkel; nieces, Tina, Marion and Debbie; and nephews, Mark and David.  Survived by her two sons, Phillip (Deb) of Cottage Grove, MN and Bill (Marla) of Mahtomedi, MN; three grandchildren, Kelsie and Rachel of Cottage Grove and Blake of Mahtomedi; brother, Richard (Darlene) Farbo and sister, Eileen Farbo; brother-in-law, David Burkel, sister-in-law, Della (Lee) Fenno; and by many nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation was held Monday, February 27, 2023 from 4-7 PM at Sandberg Funeral Home (2593 E. 7th Av., North Saint Paul, MN). A Memorial Service was held Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM with visitation 1 hour prior at the funeral home. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Mahtomedi. In lieu of flowers, memorials and donations can be made to St. Therese at St. Odilia.
