PERHAM, Minn. - Richard D. Williams, 78, Perham, Minn., died Wednesday, April 26, in his home.

A memorial visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 3, at Schoeneberger Funeral and Cremation Service in Perham. Interment will be at a later date in Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls, Minn.
