A five-run second inning was enough for top-seeded Moorhead to beat Perham in the second round of the Sub-State 14 Legion baseball tournament on Thursday.
Perham advanced to the winner's side of the Sub-State 14 playoff bracket with a 10-4 win over Detroit Lakes on Wednesday afternoon at Matson Field in Moorhead.

The Perham baseball team had 10 players receive Heart O'Lakes conference honors, including Austin Aanenson and Gage Germolus, who won player and pitcher of the year awards. The Yellowjackets also had four named to the all-section team.
The Perham baseball team forced a winner-take-all game against Roseau on Friday at noon in Park Rapids after a 1-0 win over Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton and a 5-3 win over Roseau in 11 innings.
